App and device information
App version, device model, operating system, language, country or region derived from network information, IP address, and technical identifiers used to operate the App.
1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Art & Hide: Chameleon mobile game (the “App”). Saittai is the App’s operator and determines why information is processed for the App. This policy does not replace the privacy notices of Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, or other services you may access independently.
The App is a general-audience game. It does not create Saittai accounts and does not intentionally ask for your precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone recordings.
2. Information processed
Depending on the features you use, your settings, consent choices, and device, Saittai and its service providers may process the following categories of information:
Gameplay and interaction data
Session activity, screens and settings used, level progress, attempts, scores, hints, ad interactions, and approximate time spent in gameplay.
Advertising data
Ad impressions, clicks, placement, ad performance, consent status, and advertising identifiers such as Apple’s IDFA when access is permitted.
Diagnostics
Crash reports, stack traces, app state, device and operating-system details, and related technical information needed to identify and fix failures.
Purchase information
Product identifiers, transaction or receipt status, an App User ID, purchase history, and active entitlements. Full payment-card details are not provided to Saittai.
Communications
Your email address and the contents of a message if you choose to contact Saittai for support or a privacy request.
This information is used to provide and maintain the App, save or restore eligible purchases, deliver and measure ads, understand game balance and feature use, prevent abuse, diagnose technical problems, respond to support requests, comply with law, and protect users, Saittai, and service providers.
3. Advertising, consent, and ATT
The App uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is shown only after you choose an in-game offer to watch one in exchange for a described benefit. AdMob may process device, advertising, network, consent, and ad-interaction information to deliver, secure, limit, and measure ads.
Where required, the App uses Google’s consent tools to ask about personalized advertising and related data use. Available consent or privacy choices can be revisited through the in-app privacy options when that control is offered for your region.
On Apple devices, the App may also display Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before seeking access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or engaging in tracking as Apple defines it. You can deny that request and change the permission later in your device settings. Denying ATT does not remove all ads; ads may still be delivered with less personalization or using information that does not require ATT permission.

4. Analytics and diagnostics
The App uses Firebase Analytics to measure gameplay events, app usage, retention, and advertising performance. These measurements help Saittai understand whether the App works as intended and where it can be improved. Analytics events may be associated with app-instance or device identifiers and technical information, but Saittai does not ask you to provide a name or Saittai account for this purpose.
The App also uses Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and fatal-error reports. Reports can include diagnostic information such as stack traces, device and operating-system details, app version, app state near the failure, and identifiers used to group and investigate crashes.

5. Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment method and billing details under its own terms and privacy policy. Saittai does not receive your full payment-card number.
The App uses RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage access to purchased features. RevenueCat may process an App User ID, product identifiers, receipt and transaction information, purchase history, and entitlement status. The App User ID may be generated for the App and does not require a Saittai account. This information is used to confirm, provide, and restore purchases and to resolve purchase-related support issues.

7. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operating the App, maintaining purchase records and entitlements, analyzing aggregate trends, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Security
Saittai uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. International processing
Saittai and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from local laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a response or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
- Use the App’s consent or privacy options, when available, to review advertising choices.
- Use your device settings to review or change ATT permission and advertising controls.
- Use App Store tools to manage subscriptions, purchases, refunds, or payment details.
- Contact Saittai to make a privacy request or ask a question about this policy.
Because the App does not require a Saittai account, include relevant details with your request—such as the device platform and any purchase-related identifier you can access—without sending passwords or full payment-card information. Saittai may direct you to Apple, Google, Firebase, or RevenueCat when that provider controls the requested information.
11. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and Saittai does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact Saittai so the situation can be investigated and appropriate action taken. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised policy will be posted at this address with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how information is processed, additional notice will be provided when required by law.
