Jelly Pull

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 28, 2026

1. Scope and operator

This Privacy Policy applies to the Jelly Pull mobile game, published on the App Store as “Jelly Pull: Color Puzzle” (the “App”). Saittai is the App’s operator and determines why information is processed for the App. This policy does not replace the privacy notices of Apple, Google, Firebase, Meta, GameAnalytics, RevenueCat, or other services you may access independently.

The App is a general-audience game. It has no accounts and no login, and it does not ask for your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, or for permission to send notifications.

2. Information processed

Depending on the features you use, your consent choices, and your device, Saittai and its service providers may process the following categories of information:

Saved on your device

Level progress, best moves and stars, coins, lives, hints, delivered purchases, settings choices, and your chosen language are kept in a save file in the App’s own storage. The App does not upload this file, and Saittai has no copy of it.

App and device information

App version, device model, operating system, language, country or region derived from network information, IP address, and technical identifiers used to operate the App’s services.

Gameplay and interaction data

Levels opened, started, finished, failed, restarted, and left, moves made and undone, hints used, extra moves bought, falls rescued, tutorial steps seen, coins and lives earned and spent, shop visits and purchase attempts, ad interactions, settings changes, and approximate time spent in gameplay.

Advertising data

Ad impressions, clicks, placement, ad performance and estimated ad revenue, consent status, advertising identifiers such as Apple’s IDFA when access is permitted, and the ad campaign, if any, that led to your install.

Diagnostics

Crash reports, stack traces, app errors, app state, device and operating-system details, and related technical information needed to identify and fix failures.

Purchase information

Product identifiers, the price and currency of a new purchase, transaction or receipt status, a randomly generated customer ID, purchase history, and entitlements such as Remove Ads. Full payment-card details are not provided to Saittai.

Game Center

If you sign in to Apple’s Game Center, the leaderboard scores and achievement progress the App reports under your Game Center profile.

Communications

Your email address and the contents of a message if you choose to contact Saittai for support or a privacy request.

This information is used to provide and maintain the App, deliver and restore eligible purchases, deliver and measure ads, understand game balance and feature use, prevent abuse, diagnose technical problems, respond to support requests, comply with law, and protect users, Saittai, and service providers.

3. Advertising, consent, and ATT

The App uses Google AdMob to show interstitial ads after some completed levels and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is shown only after you choose an in-game offer to watch one in exchange for bonus coins. A one-time Remove Ads purchase stops the interstitial ads. AdMob may process device, advertising, network, consent, and ad-interaction information to deliver, secure, limit, and measure ads.

Where required, the App uses Google’s consent tools to ask about personalized advertising and related data use. When that control is offered for your region, you can revisit your choices at any time through Privacy options in the App’s Settings.

On Apple devices, the App displays Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt once, when you leave the screen for a completed level from level 3 on, and only after Google’s consent step has finished. It asks for access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) so that ads can suit you better and Saittai can tell which of its ads brought you to the App. The game plays exactly the same whether you allow or deny that request, and you can change the permission later in your device settings. Denying ATT does not remove ads; ads may still be delivered with less personalization or using information that does not require ATT permission.

The App also supports Apple’s SKAdNetwork, which lets advertisers measure whether an ad campaign led to installs without receiving information that identifies you or your device.

Saittai may advertise the App on Facebook and Instagram and in the App Store, and uses two tools to see whether those ads lead to installs and purchases. Both run only on copies downloaded from the App Store and only after the consent step described above has finished. Where that consent step follows the European framework (for example in the EEA and the UK), they also need your agreement to storing and accessing information on your device. Refusing in Privacy options later stops both from then on.

  • Meta’s App Events SDK. Meta receives the install, each app open, and App Store in-app purchases (product and price), together with a random identifier the SDK creates and device information such as the device model, operating system version, language, and IP address. Meta receives your device’s IDFA only if you allowed tracking when iOS asked. The App also tells Meta about each ad it shows you, with the ad’s format and its estimated revenue, and when you first complete level 10, so that Meta can measure which of Saittai’s ads bring players who keep playing. Saittai does not send Meta your other gameplay, your name, or your email address.
  • Apple Ads attribution. Apple counts installs from its own App Store ads without help from the App. So that Saittai can also see which of those ads lead to purchases, the App lets RevenueCat read an attribution token from Apple’s AdServices framework. RevenueCat exchanges it with Apple for the campaign, ad group, and search keyword that led to the install, if there was one, and stores them with the random customer ID described in Purchases. The App also exchanges such a token with Apple itself and keeps the answer in your save file: whether an Apple ad led to the install and, if so, the campaign, ad group, and keyword identifiers. It adds them to the Firebase Analytics described in section 4, and whether the install came from an Apple ad to GameAnalytics, so that Saittai can compare how players from each campaign play and spend. This does not use the IDFA and does not need ATT permission.

Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy, the Meta Privacy Policy, and your device’s privacy and tracking settings.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

The App uses Firebase Analytics to measure gameplay events such as levels started, finished, failed, and left, moves and stars, hints used, extra moves bought, falls rescued, coins and lives earned and spent, shop visits and purchases, and ad interactions and revenue. These measurements help Saittai understand whether the App works as intended, how difficult its levels are, and where it can be improved.

Gameplay analytics runs only on copies of the App downloaded from the App Store, and nothing is sent until Google’s consent step described in section 3 has finished. While that step is still open, Firebase may keep a small number of events from the current session in the App’s memory and send them once it finishes; if the App closes first, they are discarded. Pre-release test builds distributed through TestFlight do not send gameplay analytics. The App’s Settings have no separate analytics switch; where Google’s consent tools apply in your region, Firebase honors the choices recorded there, and you can revisit them through Privacy options in the App’s Settings.

The Firebase events Saittai defines contain gameplay and in-app values only—level number, moves, par, stars, whether a level was cleared for the first time, the reason a level ended, time spent in a level, the kind of hint used, coin and life balances and amounts with their source, the screen that led to a purchase, the product, price, and currency of a new purchase, the result of a purchase or restore, ad availability and interactions, ad revenue reported by AdMob with its currency and the ad unit that earned it, settings changes, and the type and location of an app error—together with the time and the app version and build. They do not contain your name, email address, advertising identifier, location, purchase receipts, transaction identifiers, or the layout of a level. Firebase may associate events with its own app-instance identifier, Apple’s identifier for vendors (IDFV), and technical information such as device model, operating system, language, and approximate region. Firebase also records its own automatic events, such as the first open, sessions, and App Store in-app purchases, and, because AdMob is linked to it, ad impressions.

The App also uses GameAnalytics to understand sessions, level progress, completions and failures, time spent playing, tutorial completion, hints, extra moves, fall rescues, virtual coins earned and spent, shop visits, successful new payments, and ad interactions and revenue. Payment analytics includes the product, amount, and currency; restored or recovered purchases are not reported as new payments. GameAnalytics processes a random identifier created by its SDK and technical device and request information. Saittai disables its advertising-ID collection and its automatic error, performance, memory, and hardware reporting. The App sends limited error reports containing only the type of error and the part of the App where it occurred. Saittai does not send GameAnalytics your name, email address, level layouts, purchase receipts, or transaction identifiers.

GameAnalytics runs under the same conditions as Firebase Analytics: only on App Store installations, and only after the consent step has finished. It stays off in development and TestFlight builds. Events generated while collection is not permitted are discarded, not saved for later submission. Learn more in the GameAnalytics Privacy Policy.

The App also uses Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and fatal-error reports. Reports can include diagnostic information such as stack traces, device and operating-system details, app version, app state near the failure, and identifiers used to group and investigate crashes. Crash reporting is separate from gameplay analytics and does not wait for the consent step: pre-release test builds distributed through TestFlight do not send gameplay analytics, but they do send crash reports.

5. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment method and billing details under its own terms and privacy policy. Saittai does not receive your full payment-card number. The App sells one-time purchases only—coin packs, a starter pack, and Remove Ads—and has no subscriptions.

The App uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, deliver what you bought, recover purchases that were interrupted, and restore permanent purchases. The App creates a random customer ID for this purpose and stores it in your save file. RevenueCat associates that ID with your purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, entitlement status, and the Apple Ads campaign that led to your install, if any (see Advertising, consent, and ATT). The App does not give RevenueCat your name, contact details, Game Center ID, advertising identifier, or a hardware identifier, and it switches off RevenueCat’s automatic device-identifier collection.

Purchase processing is needed for purchases and for Restore Purchases to work.

Learn more in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Game Center

Game Center is optional. If you sign in when the App offers it, the App reports scores to its leaderboards and progress toward its achievements to Apple, which shows them under your Game Center profile according to your Game Center settings. The App does not read other players’ scores or your Game Center friends, and it does not store your Game Center identity in its save file or send it to Saittai’s other service providers.

You can sign out of Game Center or change what your profile shares in your device’s Settings. Apple processes Game Center information under the Apple Privacy Policy.

7. Service providers and sharing

Saittai shares information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy: with Google for AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Crashlytics; with Meta for measuring its ads; with GameAnalytics for gameplay, purchase, and ad-revenue analytics and limited error reporting; with RevenueCat for purchase validation, entitlements, and Apple Ads attribution; with Apple for App Store distribution, payment processing, and Game Center; and with professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, prevent harm, or complete a business transfer.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Saittai does not sell your personal information for money. Advertising providers may use information for personalized advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising where permitted by law and by your consent and device choices.

8. Retention

Your save file stays on your device until you delete the App. Because Saittai keeps no copy, game progress cannot be recovered after the App is deleted; permanent purchases can be brought back with Restore Purchases.

Information held by service providers is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operating the App, maintaining purchase records and entitlements, analyzing aggregate trends, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when it is no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law. Deleting the App does not by itself delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat.

9. Security

Saittai uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. International processing

Saittai and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from local laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, or to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a response or complain to a data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

  • Use Privacy options in the App’s Settings, when Google’s consent controls are offered for your region, to review your advertising and analytics choices.
  • Use your device settings to review or change ATT permission, advertising controls, and Game Center.
  • Use App Store tools to manage purchases, refunds, or payment details.
  • Contact Saittai to make a privacy request or ask a question about this policy.

Because the App has no accounts, include relevant details with your request—such as the device platform and any purchase-related identifier you can access—without sending passwords or full payment-card information. Saittai may direct you to Apple, Google, Firebase, Meta, GameAnalytics, or RevenueCat when that provider controls the requested information.

12. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and Saittai does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact Saittai so the situation can be investigated and appropriate action taken. A higher minimum age may apply where required by local law.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the App, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised policy will be posted at this address with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how information is processed, additional notice will be provided when required by law.

14. Contact
