Art & Hide: Chameleon

These Terms apply to your download, access, and use of the Art & Hide: Chameleon mobile game (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are a minor where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the App. A higher minimum age applies where required by law.
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Saittai grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. The App is licensed, not sold, and Saittai reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
Your gameplay progress is stored locally on your device and is not synchronized to Saittai’s servers. Progress and settings may be lost if you delete or reinstall the App, erase or reset the device, change devices, or lose access to local storage. Saittai may be unable to recover locally stored progress. Purchase restoration, where available, is separate from gameplay-progress recovery.
The App may show automatic interstitial ads during ordinary play. It may also offer optional rewarded ads; these appear only when you choose an offer to watch an ad in exchange for the benefit described in the App.
When a “No Forced Ads” entitlement is active, automatic interstitial ads are removed. Optional rewarded ads remain available so that you can choose to receive their described in-game benefits.
The App offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions called “No Forced Ads,” as well as the lifetime option described below. The price and billing period shown by the App Store when you confirm a purchase are the terms that apply to that transaction; prices may vary by country or region and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
Apple processes payment using your App Store payment method. A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, subject to the timing and billing details Apple displays when you subscribe.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not ordinarily refund the current paid period.
Use “Restore Purchases” in the App to request restoration of eligible purchases associated with the same Apple purchase identity. Restoration depends on Apple’s and RevenueCat’s purchase records and service availability.
Apple handles payment and refund requests under its policies. Refunds are available where required by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits any other legally available remedy.
For instructions, see Apple Support’s guide to managing and canceling subscriptions. If an entitlement does not appear after a successful transaction or restoration request, contact Saittai and, when appropriate, Apple Support.
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase of the “No Forced Ads” benefit. It provides a non-expiring entitlement for the supported life of the App. “Lifetime” refers to that entitlement and is not a promise of perpetual support, permanent App Store availability, compatibility with every future device or operating-system version, or operation after the App is discontinued.
Saittai may reasonably update, replace, or discontinue the App, but doing so does not limit statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The App, including its software, artwork, audio, designs, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Saittai and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you only the limited right to use the App described above.
You must not:
Your license may end if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, lawful limitations, and dispute provisions—remain effective after termination.
The App relies on third-party services, including Apple for distribution and payments, Google services for advertising, analytics, and diagnostics, and RevenueCat for purchase validation and entitlements. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and their availability may affect App features. Saittai is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or services beyond the responsibility that applicable law places on Saittai.
Saittai may make reasonable changes to gameplay, content, advertising, purchase offerings, compatibility, and other App features to improve the App, address technical or legal requirements, or respond to business needs. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed, and the App may become unavailable. Where required by law, Saittai will provide notice and honor applicable rights and remedies.
These Terms may also be updated when the App or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Additional notice or renewed consent will be provided when required by law.
Saittai will provide the App with reasonable care and skill. Because software and third-party services can experience interruptions or incompatibilities, Saittai does not promise that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating-system version. To the extent permitted by law, any additional implied warranties are excluded. This does not affect statutory guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot be waived.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saittai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms. Saittai is not responsible for loss of locally stored progress in the circumstances described above when reasonable care has been used.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Art & Hide: Chameleon Privacy Policy explains how Saittai and service providers process information in connection with the App, including advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and purchases.
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. This choice does not deprive you of non-waivable consumer rights under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. You may bring a dispute in the courts or other forums available under applicable consumer law.
Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact Saittai so the issue can be understood and, where possible, resolved informally. This request does not delay or restrict any deadline or right that applicable law gives you.
