What to include
For gameplay or technical help, include your platform, app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, precise location, or full device backups. Longreed does not use Saittai accounts and cannot restore locally deleted game progress.
Analytics access or deletion
To request deletion, open Longreed Options and copy the Analytics ID, then include it in your email. The ID identifies an installation so Saittai can submit the corresponding Firebase request. If the ID says Unavailable, tell us that instead.
You may turn Gameplay Analytics Off in Options to stop future collection. Read the Privacy Policy for collection, retention, and deletion details.
