Agreement and operator

These Terms govern your use of Longreed. Saittai is the operator and licensor. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Longreed. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

License and ownership

Saittai grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Longreed for lawful, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app-store rules. Saittai and its licensors retain all rights in the game, software, artwork, audio, text, and trademarks.

Offline play and local progress

Longreed is an offline, single-player game. Game progress is stored locally on your device. Removing the app, clearing its data, losing the device, or a storage failure may permanently remove progress. Saittai does not operate a cloud-save or account-recovery service for the game.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the game, interfere with its operation, distribute unauthorized copies, bypass platform security, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits. Do not use Saittai names or assets in a way that suggests endorsement.

App stores and updates

Your download and any payment or refund are also subject to the terms and lawful remedies of Apple, Google, or the store through which you obtained the game. Updates may change compatibility or features. Nothing here limits a refund or remedy available under applicable consumer law.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Saittai is not responsible for loss caused by device failure, unsupported modification, or events beyond reasonable control. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by Turkish law, without depriving you of non-waivable consumer rights or protections in your country. You may bring a dispute before courts or other forums available under applicable consumer law. Please contact Saittai first so we can try to resolve the issue.
