These Terms apply to your download, access, and use of the SnipGrid mobile game, published on the App Store as “SnipGrid: Cut Block Puzzle” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are a minor where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the App, including any purchases. A higher minimum age applies where required by law.
Subject to these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Saittai grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. The App is licensed, not sold, and Saittai reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
The App has no accounts and no cloud save. Your level progress, coins, lives, tutorial and settings choices, and the App’s record of delivered purchases are kept in a save file on your device. The App does not upload that file, and Saittai has no copy of it. Your saved data may be lost if you delete or reinstall the App, erase or reset the device, change devices, or lose access to local storage, and Saittai cannot recover it. Restoring purchases, described in section 6, is separate from recovering progress: it does not bring back your levels, lives, or coin balance.
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple Game Center and are optional. If you sign in to Game Center when the App offers it, the App reports scores and achievement progress to the Game Center account that is signed in on your device. Game Center is provided by Apple under Apple’s terms; Saittai does not operate it and cannot edit, move, or remove scores or achievements that Apple holds. To stop reporting, sign out of Game Center in your device’s Settings.
The App is free to play and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. It may show interstitial ads between some levels. It may also offer optional rewarded ads; these appear only when you choose an in-game offer to watch an ad in exchange for the benefit described in the App, such as additional coins after completing a level. A reward is granted only when the ad network confirms that the ad was completed, and a rewarded offer may be unavailable when no ad can be loaded.
When you own Remove Ads, described in section 6, interstitial ads stop. Optional rewarded ads remain available so that you can still choose to receive their described benefits.
Where the law requires it, the App uses Google’s consent tools to ask for your advertising choices before ads are set up. When that control is offered for your region, Privacy options in the App’s Settings lets you review or change those choices. The App may also show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt; the game plays exactly the same whether you allow or deny that request. Advertisers and Google, not Saittai, are responsible for the content of ads and for anything you buy from an advertiser.
Coins, lives, and helpers are virtual items that exist only inside the App. You may earn coins by completing levels, receive them as rewards, obtain them by watching rewarded ads, or buy them. Coins can be spent inside the App on helpers—currently extra cuts, placement hints, and extra time—and on lives. Lives are used as the App describes and refill over time. When you obtain a virtual item, you receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use it inside the App under these Terms; you do not own it.
Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be transferred to another person or device, and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for money, goods, or anything of value outside the App. Saittai may change what virtual items cost, what they do, how they are earned, and whether they remain available, and may remove virtual items obtained through unauthorized means. Virtual items that have already been spent are not refundable except where the law requires.
The App offers optional one-time in-app purchases only: coin packs, which are consumed as you spend their coins; a starter pack, which can be bought once and grants its coins once; and Remove Ads, a permanent purchase that stops interstitial ads. The App does not offer subscriptions. Buying anything is never required to play.
Apple processes payment through the App Store using your App Store payment method. The price shown by the App Store when you confirm a purchase is the price that applies to that transaction; prices may vary by country or region and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
Purchases are delivered inside the App once Apple and RevenueCat confirm the transaction, which is normally immediate. If confirmation is delayed or interrupted—for example because the purchase is pending approval, the App is offline, or the App closes—delivery is completed when confirmation arrives, including the next time the App starts.
Use Restore Purchases in the App’s Settings to restore permanent purchases—Remove Ads and the starter pack—made with the same Apple purchase identity. Restoration depends on Apple’s and RevenueCat’s purchase records and service availability. It does not recreate coin packs or refill coins you have spent, and it does not grant the starter pack’s coins again to a save that has already received them.
Because your coin balance, lives, and progress are stored only on your device, they are not recoverable after you delete or reinstall the App, reset the device, or move to a new device, and coin packs bought before then are not delivered again. Please keep this in mind before buying coins.
Apple handles payment and refund requests under its policies. Refunds are available where required by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits any other legally available remedy. If a permanent purchase is refunded, the access it provided may be removed. Saittai may ask you for details of a transaction before it can help with a refund-related question.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that provides a non-expiring entitlement for the supported life of the App. “Permanent” refers to that entitlement and is not a promise of perpetual support, permanent App Store availability, compatibility with every future device or operating-system version, or operation after the App is discontinued. Saittai may reasonably update, replace, or discontinue the App, but doing so does not limit statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If a purchase does not appear after a completed transaction or a restoration request, contact Saittai and, when appropriate, Apple Support.
The App, including its software, artwork, audio, designs, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Saittai and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you only the limited rights to use the App and its virtual items described above.
You must not:
Your license may end if you materially breach these Terms, and Saittai may remove virtual items obtained in breach of them. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, lawful limitations, and dispute provisions, remain effective after termination.
The App relies on third-party services: Apple for distribution, payments, and Game Center; Google for advertising through AdMob, its consent tools, analytics through Firebase Analytics, and crash reporting through Firebase Crashlytics; and RevenueCat for purchase validation and entitlements. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices, and their availability may affect App features such as ads, purchases, restoration, and leaderboards. Saittai is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or services beyond the responsibility that applicable law places on Saittai.
Saittai may make reasonable changes to gameplay, levels, content, advertising, virtual items, purchase offerings, prices, compatibility, and other App features to improve the App, address technical or legal requirements, or respond to business needs. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed, and the App may become unavailable. Where required by law, Saittai will provide notice and honor applicable rights and remedies.
These Terms may also be updated when the App or legal requirements change. Revised Terms will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Additional notice or renewed consent will be provided when required by law.
Saittai will provide the App with reasonable care and skill. Because software and third-party services can experience interruptions or incompatibilities, Saittai does not promise that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating-system version, or that ads, purchases, or Game Center will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, any additional implied warranties are excluded. This does not affect statutory guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot be waived.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saittai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms. Saittai is not responsible for loss of locally stored progress, coins, lives, or purchase records in the circumstances described above when reasonable care has been used.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The SnipGrid Privacy Policy explains how Saittai and its service providers process information in connection with the App, including advertising, tracking permission, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, and Game Center.
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. This choice does not deprive you of non-waivable consumer rights under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. You may bring a dispute in the courts or other forums available under applicable consumer law.
Before starting formal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact Saittai so the issue can be understood and, where possible, resolved informally. This request does not delay or restrict any deadline or right that applicable law gives you.
